From 1 February 2008 to 31 August 2008, Dr. David Skrbina from the Department of Philosophy of the University of Michigan, USA, will stay at the Centre as a research fellow. During this stay, which is made possible by a stipend from Ghent University, David will finish a book on the philosophy of mind (theories of consciousness, dynamical systems, and panpsychism). From 1 September 2007 to 30 June 2008, Dr. Janusz Ciuciura from the Department of Logic of the University of Lodz, Poland, will stay at the Centre. From 1 to 30 September 2005, Professor Ed Mares from the Centre for Logic, Language and Computation of Victoria University of Wellington New Zealand will stay at the Centre.
